What kinds of pieces are inside?

Each box mixes necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets in roughly even numbers. Have a preference — more necklaces, no earrings? Leave a note with your order and we’ll follow it as closely as we can; specific pieces are never guaranteed.

Real materials, honestly listed: gold-tone pieces are 18K gold-plated; silver-tone pieces are rhodium-plated over copper, or polished stainless steel in its natural finish — all on copper and stainless-steel bases, hypoallergenic and selected for everyday wear. The surprise is in the style, never in the quality. Exact designs and finishes vary by box.

• Processing: about 2 business days; U.S. delivery typically 5–8 days after dispatch (about 7–10 days from order). Estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer during peak season.
• Free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $40 or more. Every Lucky Box qualifies.
• 30-day returns on unworn pieces in original condition. Mystery boxes are returned as complete sets.
• Free gifts are little extras chosen by us — think scrunchies and hair clips, mini notebooks, cute pens, compact mirrors, mini hand creams and plush charms, with seasonal surprises in holiday boxes. Gifts vary by box and are not exchangeable.

What kinds of jewelry are inside?

Each Feeling has its own style pool: Love Notes (pink) is romantic and soft, New Chapter (white) is clean and fresh, Blue Hour (blue) is calm and dreamy, and Midnight Muse (black) is bold and a little mysterious. You can note category preferences at checkout — we pack by them as a reference, though specific pieces stay a surprise.

Yes. Every jewelry piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the day you receive it. If something is wrong, email a photo or short video to support@yevori.com — no need to ship the piece back; we replace it free. Free gifts are not covered.

How much is it, and how fast is shipping?

The Feeling Collection starts at $49.99 for one Scoop. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $40. Orders are prepared in about 2 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days — about 7–10 days from the day you order. YEVORI is a Hong Kong-registered brand (YEVORI LIMITED) shipping to customers in the U.S. and worldwide.

What if I want to return it?

You have 30 days to return a complete, unused set. Details are on our returns page, and support@yevori.com answers within 1 business day.
