These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://yevori.com and your purchase of products or services from YEVORI.

YEVORI is operated by YEVORI LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or region to place an order.

You agree not to use our products, website, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, performance, or availability of the website.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, prices, measurements, materials, colors, photographs, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.

However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, or device settings.
• Product measurements may vary slightly.
• Stone placement, surface details, and finishing may have minor variations.
• Packaging may be updated without prior notice.
• Images may include styling props that are not included with the product.

If a product contains special materials, natural components, or unique variations, those details will be stated on the relevant product page.

3. Lucky Box Products

Lucky Box products contain surprise jewelry selected according to the description shown on the applicable product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Specific jewelry designs, colors, styles, or combinations are not guaranteed.
• Promotional images are examples and may not represent the exact contents received.
• Individual preferences or requests may be considered but cannot always be guaranteed.
• Lucky Box contents may vary between customers and orders.

Lucky Box returns must comply with our Return and Refund Policy. Where a return is approved, the complete box and all included items, gifts, accessories, and original packaging must be returned together.

4. Packing Video Services

Where offered, a packing video is an optional service connected to the preparation of an order.

A packing video does not change the product specifications, shipping method, estimated delivery time, or return eligibility of the underlying products.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid displaying sensitive customer information in packing videos.

Once a packing video service has been fully performed, the service fee may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Any public or promotional use of customer-identifying information will be subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

5. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

Currency conversion rates may be provided by Shopify, payment providers, financial institutions, or other third parties. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Any applicable shipping fees, taxes, duties, or import charges will be handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Customer Information

You are responsible for checking that your shipping address, email address, telephone number, selected products, and order details are correct before completing checkout.

Please contact support@yevori.com promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

You are responsible for keeping your customer account credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account, except where the activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

8. Payments

Payment must be made through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify, card networks, banks, digital wallets, or other third-party payment providers.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

If payment is reversed, disputed, declined, or found to be unauthorized, we may suspend or cancel the related order where legally permitted.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Must be used before their stated expiry date
• May be limited to certain products, customers, markets, or order values
• Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated
• Have no cash value
• Must not be resold, copied, or obtained through unauthorized means

We may cancel or refuse a promotion where there is misuse, fraud, a technical error, or a violation of the promotion terms.

The WELCOME10 code and other offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, estimated processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, and possible charges are described at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of customs, carrier disruptions, weather, peak seasons, incorrect customer information, inspections, or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers must follow the carrier’s instructions and provide any information reasonably required for customs clearance or delivery.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or failure to complete customs requirements, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Products must not be sent to our registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, repair, replacement, refund, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including the YEVORI name, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product presentation, website layout, and original content, is owned by or licensed to YEVORI unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, image, video, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It is truthful and based on your genuine experience where applicable
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or fraudulent

You grant YEVORI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You must not:

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate YEVORI for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

This clause does not apply where the loss results from YEVORI’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of duty.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without preventing a consumer from relying on mandatory protections available under the laws of their habitual country or region.

Any dispute may be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong unless applicable consumer law gives the customer the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
