Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $40 or more after discounts, to the destinations we ship to. A rotating selection of Free Shipping Picks ships free with no minimum (U.S. only).
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in about 2 days; U.S. delivery typically takes 5–8 days after dispatch.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may request a return for eligible standard items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn and unused and meet our return conditions. Personalized, engraved, and custom-made items may be returned within 30 days after delivery only for quality issues. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@yevori.com within 30 days. For approved non-quality returns, you purchase your own return label and pay return shipping. For approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, YEVORI covers reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and shipping arrangements. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Lucky Boxes must be returned as a complete set; earrings must meet the hygiene conditions. What is the Jewelry Lucky Box?
Our Jewelry Lucky Box is The Feeling Collection: a jewelry mystery box in four themes — Love Notes (pink), New Chapter (white), Blue Hour (blue) and Midnight Muse (black). Each theme has its own jewelry assortment, so the mix inside differs from box to box. Boxes start at $49.99. Seasonal Lucky Box editions are also available from time to time.
What is the difference between the four boxes?
Each box is built around a feeling, with its own selection of jewelry. Love Notes is tender and romantic — for the heart that still believes in tenderness. New Chapter is hopeful and light — for fresh starts and milestones. Blue Hour is calm and reflective — for quiet souls and long-distance friendship. Midnight Muse is bold and magnetic — for confidence and self-celebration. The box color signals the theme; the jewelry inside follows that theme’s assortment, and it is not all one color.
How many pieces are in a box? What is the difference between Scoop Size and Quantity?
Scoop Size sets how much is in each box: 1 Scoop has 7–10 jewelry pieces plus 3 free gifts ($49.99); 2 Scoops have 15–20 pieces plus 6 gifts ($99.99); 3 Scoops have 25+ pieces plus 12 gifts ($149.99); 4 Scoops have 40+ pieces plus 24 gifts ($199.99). Quantity is simply how many boxes you order. Exact designs, colors, categories, materials and finishes vary from box to box, and no specific piece or material is guaranteed — that surprise is the point of the box.
How does the personalized initial&birthstone necklace work?
The Personalized Initial & Birthstone Necklace is $39.99. Choose from 26 letters and 12 birthstones to make it yours.
What is the free packing video service?
We offer a free packing video service ($0) that you can add to your bag to watch your order being packed.
How do points work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and points never expire. Convert them to gift cards — 100 points = $1, 300 = $4, 500 = $7, 1,000 = $15 — that stack with your member discount. Convert right from the membership page when you are logged in (or email support@yevori.com), and your gift card arrives by email within one business day.

What if my jewelry breaks, or a stone falls out?
Every YEVORI jewelry piece comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day your order arrives. If a clasp breaks or a stone comes loose because of how the piece was made, email us a photo of the problem at support@yevori.com — we’ll ship a free replacement, and you don’t need to send the piece back.
